Cone Beam CT Scan
Cone Beam CT scanning allows Dr. Akin to visualize the 3 dimensional anatomy of the teeth, jaws and face with much less radiation than traditional medical CAT scanners. This important technology is used in the office and is an extrememly cost effective way to obtain 3D images to assist with dental implant treatment planning, determine the position of wisdom teeth, and assist with the diagnosis of pathology.
